Refund policy

All VANTYX products are 💾 digital products delivered after purchase. Nothing physical is shipped.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds or cancellations are not available once the product, download link, setup files, or license details have been delivered.

However, we may review rare cases if:

• ❌ The product is not working after support verification
• ⚙️ The software is not compatible with your operating system
• 📦 You received the wrong product or wrong file
• 🛠️ Our support team cannot resolve the confirmed issue

We do not issue refunds for:

• 🚫 Wrong product choice
• 💻 Installing on a second device without a new license
• ⚙️ Compatibility issues caused by outdated systems
• 🌐 Download delays caused by your device, browser, or internet connection
• 🔑 License issues caused by changing device after activation

Each license is valid for one device only. If you want to install or activate the product on another device, a new license or new order may be required.
